Parking: Please park in the driveway, not the street.

No parties or events allowed.

Service Personnel: There is Lawn Service on Thursdays and Pool Maintenance on Mondays.

Septic: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT flush any products besides toilet paper (makeup wipes, baby wipes, tampons, paper towels, sanitary napkins, etc. even flushable wet wipes will all clog and back up the septic system).

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are allowed in our home. If we are made aware of extra people in the home, you will be fined, or will forfeit your entire security deposit. We’ve made an agreement with you, and no one else, please respect this security measure.

No eating on any furniture, including beds. There are several spots in the house with tables and chairs, please use them. If you stain bedding, pillows, furniture, or any other item, you may be charged a replacement fee.

Guests may not sit on the indoor furniture with wet swimsuits, wet clothing or, sunscreen. Please hang up all wet clothing or leave it to dry outdoors.

We are a non-smoking property. NO SMOKING OR Vaping  is allowed anywhere on the property.

Noise must be kept at an acceptable level not to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others.  Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am and are strictly enforced.

TV: Our TV’s are Smart TV’s and can be connected to your online accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.  Please be sure to logout of your accounts when you depart.
